"(ii) If a disclosure statement fhrnished within 3 business days of the written applica- tion (as provided under clause (i)(II)) contains an annual percentage rate which is subse- quently rendered inaccurate, within the mean- ing of section 107(c), the creditor shall fhrnish another disclosure statement at the time of set- tlement or consummation of the transaction." (b) EFFECTFv? DATE. The amendments made by 17 subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the 18 amendments made by section 2502 of the Mortgage Dis- 19 closure Improvement Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-289). 20 SEC. 131. EXCHANGE STABILIZATION FUND REIMBURSE- 21 MENT. 22 (a) REIMBURSEMENT.--The Secreta?T shall reim- 23 burse the Exchange Stabilization Fund established under 24 section 5302 of' title 31, United States Code, for any fhnds 25 used for the temporary guaranty program for the United
