preferred to tho see of St. David's. Stephen Wilton was presented by the King 16th
May 1446 ; he died in 1457. William Ingram, presented and collated the same day,
8th July 1457. He quitted it in 1458 for Ailes-
bury. Thomas Wihtfiki.d was the next, being collated nth
Sept. 1458. Ho resigned in 1463, and was succeeded by Bexedict Boroughs, collated 27th July 1463, vice
Whitfield resigned. William Potmax, collated 9th Feb. 1465-6, vice
Boroughs resigned. He quitted it for a prebend in
York, succeeded by George Fitz-Hugh, who was installed by proxy nth
March 14745. William Tayxtrell, installed by proxy 13th Dec.
