LANGFORD ECCLESIA.

John de Bourne, presented in 1330; held it in 1343,

and was succeeded by Robert de Burrach, who exchanged it for the free

chapels of Bokensfield and Newstead, in the diocese

of Canterbury, with John de Lech, xii Kal. Sept. (21st Aug.) 13.51. Henry Blackburn held this stall in 1374. Richard Winwick exchanged it for North Kelscy with Johx Brian, 17th June 1377. He died 4th Feb.

1388-9. Thomas Kirketon, installed Feb. 1388-9, vice Brian

deceased. He exchanged it with John Bukton, 4th May 1390, for a prebend of Wells.

He exchanged it for a prebend in Hastings with Thomas Stanley, 24th Dec. 1393. He exchanged it

for the deanery of St. MartinVle-Grand with William Ashton, LL.D., 24th March 1398-9. Roger Westwood, collated in 1403, vice Ashton de- ceased. He exchanged it for a prebend in St.

Stephen's chapel, Westminster, with John Leghorn, in 1422. John Basham died possessed of it in 1434, being also

prebend of Hereford. William Bothe, collated in 1434, vico Basham de- ceased. He was in 1447 made bishop of Lichfield;

but had resigned this prebend in 1441. John Stokes, LL.D., succeeded, and was installed 18th

Sept. 1 441. John Fawkes resigned it in 1465. William Westbury, collated 25th Sept. 1465, vice

Fawkes resigned. John Fawkes was a second time collated 1st June

1469, vice Westbury resigned. Laurence Cokkes, LL.D., collated in 1470, vice

Fawkes deceased.
