He died in 1 168 2 . Gii egory held it in 1 1 70 and 1 i 73 3 . ill 1:11 1:1 held the office in 1 174 1 . He was a witness
to an agreement made at York, between Henry, king
of England, and William, king of Scotland, xvii Cal.
Sept. ( 16th Aug.) 1 1 75 . Savarii 1 - held it in 1190, and from this dignity was
made bishop of Bath and Wells in 1 192 6 . Winemeri s possessed it in II92 7 , and resigned it in
1 198. Richard Kin i i nsis held it in 1 198 and 1200 s . Robert de Mawi < estr] possessed it in [2 14 and
1218^. Rorert Grosthkad held it in [221. He was also
archdeacon of Leicester, and resigned both dignities
about 1231. John Houtox was removed from the archdeaconry of
Bedford to this in 1231 ,u . He died in i246 n .
