WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22iid, 1903.

{Meeting held at Burlington House under the auspices of the London Shakspeare League).

Mr. G. Laurence Gomme (Vice-President) in the Chair.

After some introductory observations by the Chairman Mr. Israel GoIIancz delivered a lecture entitled " The Fabric of the Dream ; " at the conclusion of which a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to the lecturer on the motion of Mr. Nutt, seconded by Mr. Ordish, and supported by Dr. Furnival.

The Meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the Chairman for presiding, proposed by Dr. Gaster, seconded by Mr. Clodd.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27th, 1903. The President (Prof. F. York Powell) in the Chair.

The minutes of the two previous Meetings were read and confirmed.

The election of Dr. Schmetz, Mr. Clarence Seyler, and the Portsmouth Public Library as Members of the Society was announced.
