The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

The election of Mr. R. Jaschke and Mr. J. A. Stewart as members of the Society and the enrolment of F. Haase & Sons as subscribers was announced. The resignation of Mr. J. W. Wickwar was also announced.
