III. Prelates impeached for purchafing Lands in Mortmain. TTEM, If Prelates, Clerks beneficed, or Religious People, which have purchafed Lands, and the fame have put to Mortmain, be impeached upon the fame before our Juftices, and they fhew our Charter of Licence, and Procefs thereupon made by an In- queft of Ad quod damnum, or of our Grace,- or by Fine, they fhall be freely let in Peace, without being further impeached for the fame Purchafe.
