IT E M in Writs of Pramunire facias it is affented 2 ° H - 3- '• i°- and agreed, That they againft whom fuch Writs nEd.i,fim,i 9 . be fued, and who at this Time be out of the Realm, and be of good Fame, and have made their general Atturnies before their Departing, that the Chancellor of England for the time being, by the Advice of the Juftices, may grant, that the fame Perfons may ap- pear to anfv/er, to do, and to receive that Thing which the Law demandeth, by their general Attur- nies aforefaid, as well as in other Caufes and Quar- rels. (2) And thofe Perfons which from henceforth 39 E,J - 3- f -7» fhall pafs by the King's Licence, and be of good Fame, that at their Requeft the Chancellor, by the Advice of the Juftices, may grant to ihem to " make their general Atturnies in the Chancery by the King's Patent, before their Pa/lage, to anfwer as well in the faid Writs of Pramunire facias, as in other Writs and Plaints; in which Cafe exprefs mention fhall be made at all Times of the Writs and Plaints of Pramunire facias, (3) And this Patent fo made, the faid Atturnies from henceforth, in Abfence of their Mafters, may anfwer for them, and make other Atturnies under them, before any Judge of the Realm, See farther i^H,' to do and receive in the faid Cafe as much as in any c ' 1* other Cafe or Matter, notwithftanding any Statute made to the contrary heretofore,' G A P.
