45° Cap. 14, 15. Anno quarto Henrici IV. A. D. 1402. AH Men that hold of the King to do any Service * in War, (hall do ' the fame. t OB. 12 Car. 2. c. 24. See 13 Car. 2. e. 26. 32 Gto. (2) and the Statute made the eighteenth Year of the faid Grandfather, That Men of Arms, Hoblers, and Archers choien to go in the King's Service out of England, fliall be at the King's Wages from the Day they do depart out of the Counties where they were chofen ; (3) and alfo the Statute made the twenty- fifth Year of the faid Grandfather, That no Man be compelled to find Men of Arms, Koblers, nor Arch- ers, other than thofe which do hold by fuch Service, unlefs it be by common Affent and Grant made in the Parliament, fhall be firmly holden and kept in all Points ; (4) fo that always by Force or Colour of the faid Supplication, nor of any other Statute there- upon to be made, the Lords, nor any other that have Lands and Poffeffions in the Country of Wales, ' or in the Marches thereof, fhall in no wife be ex- ' cufed of their Service and Devoirs due of their faid ' Lands and Poffeffions, nor of any other Devoirs or
