Riot, Aflembly, or Rout of People againft the Law, be made in Parties of the Realm, that the Ju- ' ftices of Peace, three, or two of them at the leaft,
- and the Sheriff or Under-Sheriff of the County where
' fuch Riot, Aflembly, of Rout fhall be made here-
- after, fhall come with the Power of the County (if
- Need be) to arreft them, and fhall arreft them ; (2)
- and the fame Juftices and Sheriff, or Under-Sheriff,
- fhall have Power to record that which they fhall find
' fo done in their Prefence againft the Law; (3) and ' that by the Record of the fame Juftices and Sheriff", ' or Under-Sheriff, fuch Trefpailers and Offenders
- fhall be convidl: in the fame Manner and Form as is
' contained in the Statute of Forcible Entries. (4/ ' And if it happen that fuch Trefpaffers and Offen- ' ders be departed before the coming of the faid Ju- ' ftices and Sheriff, or Under-Sheriff, that the fame
