Payment of the Confideration or Purchafe-money far the fame, at the refpeftive Rate in this Afl: before appointed, or any Part or Proportion thereof, within the Time or Times by this Act limited in that Behalf, fhall immediately have one or more Talley or Talleys levied, importing the Receipt of fo much Confideration-money as fhall be fo paid, for or in Part of the faid refpeftive Sums to be raifed, as afore- faid, and according to the Nature of his, her, or their Payments refpeftively ; and upon Payment of all the Purchafe-money for any fuch Annuity or Annuities, as aforefaid, at the Rate by this Kdc appointed, every fuch Contributor refpeftively, his or her refpeiStive Executors, Adminiftrators, or Affigns, fhall ■andOrders for have an Order for Payment of fuch Annuity and Annuities, for and during fuch refpedtive Term, Eftate, Payment. or Interefl, as he, fhe, or they fhall or ought to have therein, as aforefaid ; which Order fhall be figned by the Treafurer and under Treafurer of the Exchequer, or any three or more of the Commiffioners of the Treafury for the Time being ; and, after the figning thereof, the fame fliall be firm., good, vajid, and ■effeftual in the Law, according to the Purport and true Meaning thereof, and of this Aft, and fhall not be determinable by or upon the Deaths or Removal of any Trea:furer or Under Treafurer of the Exche- •quer, or any Commiffioner or Commiffioners of the Treafury, or by or upon the Determination of the ^0 Lord Trea- power. And for die Encouragement of the Contributors to advance and pay forthwith, into the Receipt ■of Exchequer, the Sums by them intended to be advanced upon any of the Terms aforefaid, it is pro- vided and enafled by the Authority aforefaid.
