C. 22. 307 A6I be continued and be paid and payable to her Majefty, her Heirs and SuccefTors, for and upon the fame Commodities and Merchandizes refpeftively, which {hall be imported or brought into Great Britain, from and after the three and twentieth Day ofjune one thoufand feven hundred and ten, at any Time or Times within, or during the Term of four Years from thence next and immediately infuing, the fame Rates, Duties, and Sums of Money, and every of them refpecSively (over and above all other Duties and Impofitions whatfoever already charged for or upon the fame Commodities, or any of them refpeclively, by any other Laws or Statutes now in Force) to be afcertained, fecured, raifed, levied, recovered, an- fwered, paid, andaccounted for by fuch Rules, Ways, Means, and Methods, and under fuch Penalties Subjea to the and Forfeitures, and with fuch Diftribution of the faid Penalties and Forfeitures, and fubjeft to fuch fame Penalties, Drawbacks, Allowances and Repayments, and in fuch Manner and Form in all Refpedls as the like Drawbacks, &c. Aft hath Reference, prefcribed, enadled, or appointed, to be afcertained, fecured, raifed, levied, reco- §, n. vered, anfwered, paid, and accounted for, during the Continuance thereof refpeftively. n. And it is hereby ena£ted by the Authority aforefaid. That all fuch of the Powers, Diredllons, Former Powerj Penalties, and Forfeitures, Claufes, Matters, and Things provided, fettled, or eftablifhed by the faid levived, 3&4 Aft of the third Year of her Majefty's Reign, or by any other Aft or Afts now in force whereunto the '^""^f.c. 4. fame hath Relation, for the better afcertjining, raifing, levying, recovering, anfwering, or paying the faid refpeftive Duties thereby granted, or for making any Drawbacks, Re-payments, or Allowances out of any of the faid feveral and refpeftive Duties upon Exportation, fhall be revived, and be continued, and be in Force and Virtue during the Continuance of this A£t, and further for the Recovery of all the Arr rearages and Sum.s of Money which fhall become due or payable to her Majefty, her Heirs and Succeflbrs upon this Aft, in as full and ample Manner, to all Intents and Purpofes, as if the faid Powers, Direc- tions, Penalties, and Forfeitures, Claufes, Matters, and Things, and every of them, were again repeat- ed and re-enadled in the Body of this prefent Aft. in. And it is hereby declared and enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That the faid Duties upon Coffee, The faid Duties, Cocoa Nuts, Chocolate, Cocoa Pafte, Tea, Nutmegs, Cinnamon, Cloves, Mace, and Piftures, and appropriated for upon Muflins, and the faid increafed or additional Rates by this Aft continued and impofed upon all Cof- fecunng the Mo- fee, Cocoa Nuts, Chocolate, Cocoa Pafte, Tea, Nutmegs, Cinnamon, Cloves, Mace, and Piftures, "^"l"^^^'^'^ and the faid further Rates and Sums by this Aft continued, and payable for and upon all White Callicoes, o Anns. And whereas by another Aft of Parliament made in England^ in the third Year of your Rdajefty's 3 &4Annae, ' Reign (intituled. An A£i for granting to her Majejiy a further Suhfidy on Wines and Merchandizes imported) •=• 5- ' certain Subfidies of Tunnage and Poundage, commonly called the two third Subfidies, were granted ' and made payable for and upon all Wines, Goods, and Merchandizes imported after the eighth

- thence next and immediately enfuing; in which Aft there are contained Claufes of Credit for lending
' thereupon, any Sum.s not exceeding in the whole the Sum of fix hundred thirty-fix thoufand nine hun-
- dred fifcy-feven Pounds four Shillings and a Halfpenny, at an Intereft not exceeding the Rate of fix
' Pounds per Centum per Annum ; and it is likely that the faid Subfidies granted by the A6t laft mentioned,
- may and will determine before the Loans made thereupon and all the Intereft due or to grow due for
' the fame will be fatisfied :' We therefore your Majefty's faid dutiful and loyal Subjefts, the Commons oi Great Britain in Parliament affembled, for preferving the publick Credit, have alfo given and granted, and do by this Aft give and grant to your Majefty the faid Subfidies of Tunnage and Poundage, commonly called the Two third Subfidies, herein after particularly defcribed, for fuch farther Term, and for fuch I'urpofe, as are herein after exprefled ; and do moft humbly befeech your Majefty that it may be enafted, and be it enafted by the Authority aforefaid.
