A/D. 1709/ may henceforward be duly obferved and kept, in the making and affixing of the feveral Sort* of Bread made for Sale ; He it enaSted by the Queen's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Con- fent of the Lords Spiritual and Ternporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by So much of the the Authority of the fame, That fo much of the faid Statute, [intituled, Ajjifa Pants et Ccrvijia] as relates faid Statute, in- to the Affile of Bread, fhall be and is hereby repealed, annulled and made void ; and that from and after titu.led, Aflifa ,-jjg £j^ j)j^y Qf Jlf^y [^ the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and ten, the Court of Lord as*TtlatesTothe' Mayor and Aldermen, within the City of London, and the Liberties thereof, or the Lord Mayor of the Aflife of Bread, faid City for the time being, by the Order of the faid Courts- and the Mayor, Bailiffs, Aldermen or other repealed.
