And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefjid, That from and after the faid twenty-fourth ' Day of 5'*'«^ o"e thoufand feven hundred and twelve, every Clothier, Cloth-worker, Card-maker, or ^ny ^°[', "",, ^"^^ .other Perfon concerned in the Trade of the Woollen Manufadture, fhall make Payment in Money to all workmen in .and every Perfon and Perfons any ways imployed or concerned in the Woollen Manufa^Sture, for all Work Money. .to be done in Relation thereunto, and (hall not, in lieu of Payment, impofe or deliver to them any Sot* of ■Goods or Wares for fuch Work; and in cafe any Perfon or Perfons fhall, in lieu of Payn^ent, fo impofe on or deliver to any Workmen or poor Labourers, ajiy Goods or Wares, for or inftead of Money, every Perfon or Perfons ib offending therein fhall, for every fuch Offence, forfeit the Sum of tventy Shillings, Penalty 20 s. to be recovered and diftributed in fuch Manner as in and by this Act is directed.
