Receiver or Receivers of Prizes, or Perfons appointed for the fame, within fourteen Days after the Royal Affent fliall be given to this Bill, of the refpe£live Times appointed for the Captors, and the Perfons entitled to fuch Rev/ards, as aforefaid, to make their refpcftive Claims; and the Surplus of the faid Monies, after the Pay- ment of fuch Rewards, or fo much of the fame as fliall be legally demanded, as aforefaid, fhall imme- diately after the Times before limited for fuch Demand, be ifliied and paid to the Ufe of the faid Royal Hofpital at Greemuich; fuch Allov/ances being firft made out of the faid Surplus for the neceflijry Charges of Officers attending for Payment of fuch Captors on Recals, not e>;ceeding in the whole the Sum of fix: hundred Pounds, as to the Lord Treafurer, or Commiffioners of the Treafury for the tim.e being, fliall ■feem reafonable ; any thing in the faid Declaration, or any other Matter or Thing to the contrary hereof in any wife notwithfcanding.
