The TITLES of the STATUTES. the Minifter and Poor ofTong in the County of Salop, by a Deed and Will of Gervas Lord Pierrepont deceafed, and thereby charged upon his Eftate in the Counties of Salop and Stafford. 13. An Aft for confirming and eftablifhing Articles, of Agreement between the moft noble John, Duke of Montagu, and William, Duke of Manchejler, and others, upon a Marriage intended between the faid Duke of Manchejler and the Lady Ifabella, eldeft Daughter of the faid Duke of Montagu. 14. An Aft for the veiling feveral Woods, Lands and Cop- pices in Stanierne and Geddington in the County of North- ampton, and belonging to the Right Honourable George Earl of Cardigan, in the moft noble John Duke of Mon- tagu, and his Heirs ; and for vefting and fettling other Woods, Lands and Coppices, lying in the Parifhes of Oakley Parva and Stanierne in the faid County of Nor- thampton, in and upon the faid George Earl of Cardigan, with Remainders over, and in the Manner herein men- tioned. 15. An Aft to enable Richard Edgecombe, Efq; to fell Lands not exceeding twenty Acres, to and for the Ufe of his Majefty, for building a Victualling Office for the Service of the Royal Navy at Plymouth ; and to purchafe other Lands to be fettled to the fame Ufes, as the Lands to be fold now ftand limited by his Marriage Settlement. 16. An Aft to enable Truftees, with the Confent of Mary the Wife of Thomas Horton, Efq; a Lunatick, to execute the Powers in the Marriage Settlement of the faid Luna- tick, for raifing any Sum not exceeding three thoufand Pounds, for Elizabeth Horton and Eleanor Horton his Daughters, and for other Purpofes herein mentioned. 17. An Aft for vefting certain Lands, Tenements and He- reditaments of Richard Somers, Efq; in the County of Kent, in Truftees, to be fold for Payment of a Debt now owing and charged thereon, on Account of his late Bro- ther and Sifters Portions. 18. Ah Aft for continuing the Duties on Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, to raife Money by way of a Lottery for the Service of the Year 1724. and touching loft Bills, Tic- kets, Certificates or Orders ; and for giving further Time for Payment of the Duties on Money given with Appren- tices ; and for appropriating the Supplies granted in this Seffion of Parliament. 3. An Aft for the punifhing Mutiny and Defertion ; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters. 4. An Aft for explaining and amending an Aft of the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Ail to oblige all Per- fons being Papi/ls, in that Part c/"Great Britain called Scot- land, and all Perfons in Great Britain, rcfufing or negleiling to take the Oaths appointed for the Security of his Majejlys Perfon and Government, by feveral Ails herein mentioned, to re^i/ler their Names and Real Eftates ; and for enlarging the Time for taking the faid Oaths, and making fuch Regi- fters, and for allowing farther Time for the Enrolment of Deeds or Wills made by Papifts, which have been omitted to be enrolled, purfuant to an Aft of the third Year of his Majefty 's Reign ; and alfo for giving Relief to Proteftant Leffees. 5. An Aft for redeeming certain Annuities after the Rate of five Pounds per Centum per Annum ; and for Payment of the Principal and Intereft on the ftanding Orders for the Blank Tickets in the Lottery granted for the Service of the Year 17 14. and for making good the Lofs, which happened in the Treafury of his Majefty's Exchequer, by the Reduftion of Guineas ; and for granting Relief to Catherine Collingwood, Widow. 6. An Aft for enlargng the Term granted by an Aft paffed in the third Year of his Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ad for repairing the Higlnvaysfrom that Part of Counter's Bridge ivhich lies in the Parijh of Kenfington in the County of Middlefex, to the Powder-Mills in the Road to Staines, and to Cranford Bridge in the faid County in the Road to Colnebrooke ; and for making the faid Aft more effeftual. 7. An Aft for making more effeftual an Aft made in the ninth Year of his Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ac! for compleating the Repairs of the Harbour of Dover in the County of Kent ; and for reftoring the Harbour of Rye in the County of Suffex to its ancient Goodnefs, fo far as the fame relates to the Harbour of Rye. 8. An Aft for reviving an Aft paffed in the tenth Year of her late Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ail to make a Caufey over the Denes from Great Yarmouth to Caifter in the County <?/~Norfolk; and for making the faid Aft more effeftual. 9. An Aft for repairing and amending the Highways from the North Part of Harlow-bujh Common, in the Parifh of Harlow, to Woodford in the County of EJJ'ex. 10. An Aft for repealing certain Duties therein mentioned 1 , payable upon Coffee, Tea, Cocoa-Nuts, Chocolate, and Cocoa- Pafte imported ; and for granting certain Inland Duties in Lieu thereof; and for prohibiting the Importa- tion of Chocolate ready made, and Cocoa-Pafte ; and for better afcertaining the Duties payable upon Coffee, Tea, and Cocoa-Nuts imported ; and for granting Relief to Robert Dalzel late Earl of Carnwath. 1 1.
