And be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all the Monies lent and to be lent to his theMoneygrant- Majefty upon one Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Ati for granting to his Majejly an Aid td this Seffion. fry a Land-tax to be raifed in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year one thoufand f even hundred and twenty, 6 Geo. i. c. 1. anc j f Q mucn Money (if any fuch be) of the Tax thereby granted, as fhali arife and remain after all the Loans made or to be made on that Act, and the Intereft thereof, and the Charges thereby allowable for raifing the faid Tax fhall b: fatisfied, or Monies fufficient fhall be referved to difcharge the fame; and all the Monies lent or to be lent to his Majefty upon an Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An ASi 6 Geo. 1. c.z.for continuing the Duties on Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, for the Service of the Tear one thoufand [even hundred and twenty; and for enabling the Lords Commijfioners of his Majefy's Treafury to call in fuch Ex- chequer-bills as are to be cancelled and dij charged, with Money appointed for that Purpofe, and fo much of the Duties on Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry thereby- granted or continued, as fhall arife and remain (if any fuch be) after all the Loans made or to be made on the fame Act, or thereby transferred or directed to be transferred thereunto, and all the Intereft. thereof, and the Charges thereby allowable for raifing the fame Duties (hall be fatisfied, or Monies fufficient fhall be referved to difcharge the fame; and the faid Sum not exceeding three hundred and twelve thoufand Pounds intended to be raifed as aforefaid; and the faid Sum of two hundred thoufand feven hundred thirty-feven Pounds fourteen Shillings and nine Pence Farthing, to be taken out of the faid clear Produce of Forfeitures, in purfuance of this prefent Act, fhall be appropriated and applied, and are hereby appropriated for or towards the feveral Ufes, Intents and Purpofes herein exprefied, fubject neverthelefs to fuch Reftrictions as are herein after prefcribed; that SSjOipl. 3s. id. is to fay, It is hereby enacted and declared, That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies provided as afore- and one fifth Part fag there fhall and may be iffued and applied any Sum not exceeding eighty-eight thoufand forty-nine make "od'the P° ur >ds three Shillings one Penny and one- fifth Part of a Penny, to make good the Deficiency of the General Fund.
