An Act for enabling Charles Earl of Arran to purchafe the forfeited Eftate of James Butler, late Duke of Ormonde: and for granting Relief to William late Lord Widdrington; and for enlarging the Time for de- termining Claims upon the forfeited Eftates j and for enabling the CommifTioners for the faid forfeited Eftates to certify into the Exchequer all fuch Eftates as they have found to be given to Popifh or fuperfti- tiousUfes. PR. j Charles Earl of Arran declared Purchafer of all the forfeited Eftate of "James late Duke of Ormonde in Ireland for the Sum of 50,000/. Claufe for vefting the faid late Duke's Eftate in Truftees, for the Ufes cxprelled in this Act. All Debts, &c. due to the late Duke in Ireland, not fold by the Commiifioners, vetted in the Earl of Arran. Monies received out of the late Duke's forfeited Eftates, &c. remaining in the Treafury of Ireland or Exchequer of Great Britain, made liable to difcharge the Debts charged thereon. Saving to the !
