Anno 4 Georgii II.

1. An Act for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called England; and for granting to his Majesty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Year 1731.

2. An Act for puniftiing Mutiny and Defertion ; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters.

3. An Act for repairing the Roads leading from the moft Southern Part oi Butt Lane in the Parifh of Laivton, in the County Palatine of Che/ler to Lawton, and from thence to Henftjall's Smithy upon Cranage Green in the faid County.

4. An Act for granting an Aid to his Majefty by a Land- Tax to be raifed in Great Britain for the Service of the Year 1731.

5. An Aft for the further Application of the Sinking Fund, by paying off one million of South Sea Annuities.

6. An Aft to indemnify Perfons who through Ignorance of Law have omitted to qualify themfelves for Employ- ments or OfHees, by taking the Oaths, and making and fubferibing the Declaration againft Tranfubftantiation, and receiving the Sacrament ; and Members of Corpo- rations, who have neglefted to take the Oaths of Of- fice, and Perfons who have not read the Common Prayer, and declared their Affent and Confent to the fame, ac- cording to Law, upon the Terms therein mentioned.

7. An Aft to explain and amend an Aft made in the third Year of his Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Acl for the letter regulation of Juries, fo far as the fame relates to the County of Middlefex.

8. An Aft for the more" cfteftual repairing the Road lead- ing from God/lone in the County of Surrey to Highgate, at the Entrance into AJhdown For eft in the Parifh of Eajl Grinftead, in the County of Suffix.

9. An Aft for raifing one million two hundred thoufand Pounds by Annuities, and a Lottery, in Manner therein mentioned; and for appropriating the Supplies granted in this Seifton of Parliament, and for making forth Du- plicates of Exchequer-Bills, Lottery-Tickets and Or- ders loft, burnt or otherwife deftroyed.

10. An Aft to enable Ideots and Lunaticks, who are feifed or poffeffed of Eftates in Fee, or for Lives, or Terms of Years in Truft, or by way of Mortgage, to make Conveyances, Surrenders or Affignments of fuch Eftates.

11. An Act for continuing the Duty of two Pennies Scots y or one fixth Part of a Penny Sterling, upon every Scots Pint of Ale and Beer that ft.all be vended or fold within the Town of Dundee, and Privileges thereof, for pay- ing the publick Debts of the faid Town, repairing the Harbour there, and for other Purpofes therein men- tioned.
