An Act to allow a further Time to John Thompfon to appear and produce the Books, and difcover the Effects, • of The Charitable Corporation for Relief of Indltflrious Poor, by affijling them with Jinall Sums upon Pledges, at legal Intcrejl, and to be examined thereupon at the 'Times and Places fixed in the Bill, and for allowing the faid John Thompfon a Proportion out of the Effects of the faid Corporation, which he (hall difcover, and for preventing fraudulent releafmg or affigning any Debt due, from George Robinfan, or the faid JohnThomfon, or either of them. 3. An Act for punifhing Mutiny and Deferiion ; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters. 4. An Act to indemnify Perfons who have omitted to qua- lify themfelves for Employments or Offices by taking the Oaths, and making and fubferibing the Declaration againft Tranfubftantiation, and receiving the Sacra- ment, and allowing them further Time for that Pur- pofc. 5. An Act for allowing further Time for the Inrolment of Deeds and Wills made by Papifts, and for Relief of Protectant Purchafers and Leffees. 6. An Act for obviating a Doubt which may arife upon an Act made in the fourth Year of his prefent Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ail that Proceedings in the Courts of jujlice within that Part of Great Britain called Eng- land, and in the Court of Exchequer in Scotland, Jhall be in the Englifh Language, fo far as the fame doth or may relate to the Court of the Receipt of his Majefty's Ex- chequer, or to any Members or Branches thereof. 7. An Act for the free Importation and Exportation of Diamonds, Pearls, Rubies, Emeralds, and all other Jewels and precious Stones. 8. An Act for rebuilding the Parifh Church of St. George the Martyr, in the Borough of Southward, in the Coun- ty of Surry, as one of the Fifty New Churches directed to be built by two Acts of Parliament, one made in the ninth, the other in the tenth Year of the Reign of her late Majefty Queen Anne. 9. An Act to explain and amend two Acts of Parliament, one made in the twelfth, and the other in the thirteenth Year of his late Majefty's Reign, for making naviga- ble the River Dun in the County of York, and for the better perfecting and maintaining the faid Navigation, and for uniting the feveral Proprietors thereof into one Company. io. An Act for making more effectual an Act paffed in the eleventh Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, for repairing the Roads therein men- tioned, from the Parifh of Enfield in the County of Mid- fex, to the Town of Hertford, and to the great Bridge in Ware, in the County of Hertford, and for amending the Road from the faid great Bridge to the South End of the great Bridge at Wades Mill, and from the great Road at Chejhunt, to the Weft End of Small Lea Bridge in the faid County of Hertford. 16. An Act for repairing the Roads leading from a Place called Sa hit Johns Bridge in the County of Berks, to a Place called Fyfield in the faid County. 17. An Act for repealing an Aft for laying a Duty on compound Waters or Spirits, and for licenfing the Re- tailers thereof, and for determining certain Duties on French Brandy, and for granting other Duties in lieu thereof, and for enforcing the Laws for preventing the running of Brandies. 18. An Aft for continuing a Duty of two Pennies Scots, or one fixth Part of a Penny Sterling, upon every Scots Pint of Ale and Beer brewed and fold within the Town of Linlithgow, and Liberties thereof, in the County of Wejl Lothian, for paying the Debts of the faid Town, and other Purpofes therein mentioned. 19. An Aft for making a Chapel in the Town of Tiver- ton in the County of Devon, a perpetual Cure, and for providing a Maintenance for the Minifters who fhall officiate therein. 20. An Aft for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Act paffed in the tenth Year of the Reign of her late _Majefty Queen Anne, intituled, An Ac! for the better- repairing and amending the Road leading from Ipfwich to Cleydon, and the Road called the Pye Road, in the County of Suffolk, and for amending the Roads leading from Yaxley Bull through Eye, to Lanthorn Green in the faid County. An Aft for providing a Maintenance for the Rector of the New Church near Old-ftreet, in the Parifh of St. Giles Cripplegaie, and for making that Part of the faid Parifh which is called The Lordjhip Part a diftinct Pa- rifh, and for impowering the Commiffioners for build- ing of the Fifty New Churches, to apply a Sum of Money to wall in the faid Church and Church-yard, and to ereft a Houfe for the Habitation of the Reftor of the faid Church, out of the Money appropriated for the Endowment of the faid Fifty New Churches. 22. An Aft for filling up fuch Part of the Channel of Bridewell-Dock and Fleet-Ditch, as lies between Holborn- Bridge and Fleet-Bridge, and for converting the Ground, when filled up, to the Ufe of the City of London. 23. An Act to explain and amend an Act made in the fe- ver, th and eighth Years of the Reign of King William the Third, intituled, An Ail for the further regulating Elections of Members to ferve in Parliament, and for the preventing irregular Proceedings of Sheriffs and other Offi- cers in the elsBing and returning fuch Members^ fo far as the fame relates to the holding of County Courts. 24.
