An Act for making more effectual an Act pafied in the eleventh Year of the Reign of his late Majefty K irtg . George the Firft, for repairing and widening the Road from Sherbrook Hill near Buxton and Chappie in the Frith in the County of Derby, to Manchefer in the County of Lancafler. PR. The Tolls are continued for 21 Tears, from the firjl of May 1730. Continued by 22 Geo. 2. c. 12. CAP. V. An Act to enable his Majefty, to prohibit any Perfon or Perfons, his Majefty's Subjects, or refiding within this Kingdom, to advance or lend any Sum or Sums of Money to any foreign Prince, State or Poten- tate, without Licence obtained from his Majefty under his Privy Seal, orfome greater Authority. EXP. His Majefty may prohibit, by Proclamation, the advancing Money to foreign Princes without Licence, Not to reftrain negotiating in foreign Funds, &c, Profecution to commence in 12 Calendar Months.
