and fhall be produced by them at the General or Quarter- Seffions, when any Appeal is to be heard or determined. XIV. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Churchwarden, Ovcrfecr of 1>,- ™!»> ™Rt;i»i the Poor, or other Officer of any Parifh, Townfhip or Place, (hall neglect or refufe to obey and perform ? ffic l the feveral Orders and Derections of this Act or any of them, where no Penalty is before provided by this "'-•"- ' Act, or fhall act contrary thereto ; every fuch Churchwarden, Overfeer of the Poor, or other Officer In offending in the Premiffes, fhall for every fuch Offence, on Oath thereof made, within two Kalendar Months after the Offence committed, before any two or more of his Majefty's Juftices of the Peace, for- feit for the Ufe of the Poor of fuch Parifh, Townfhip or Place, a Sum not exceeding five Pounds, nor lefs than twenty Shillings, to be levied by Diftrefs and Sale of the Offender's Goods, by Warrant from fuch Juftices ; which Sum fhall be paid to fome Churchwarden or Overfeer of the Poor of fuch Parifh, Townfhip or Place, for the Purpofe aforefaid. XV.
