An hSi for granting an Aid to his Majefi-y by a Land Tax, to be raifed in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred andforty-feven. 3, An Aft for repealing the feveral Rates and Duties upon Houfes, Windows and Lights; and for granting to his Majefty other Rates and Duties upon Houfes, Windows or Lights; and for raifmg the Sum of four Millions four hundred thoufand Pounds by Annuities, to be charged on the faid Rates or Duties. 4. An A61 to continue, explain and amend an Aft made in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled. An A£i to enable his Majejly to make PmIcs, Orders and Regulations, more effe^ually to prevent the fpreading of the Diftemper luhich now rages amongft the Horned Cattle in this Kingdom. An Adt for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called England; and for granting to his A^jajefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain cz]]cd Scotland ; and for applying a certain Sum of Money -therein mentioned, towards the Supply for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred and forty-fcven. 6. An Afl to continue and make more cffeflual two A£ts of Parliament ; one pfifled in the twelfth Year of the R-cign of her late Majefty Q_ueen Anne, and the other in the firft Year of the Reign of his prefent Majelty, for repairing the Highways between the Bear Inn in Reading and Puntfieldin the County of 5t'r/-j ; and for amending other Roads in the laft Aft mentioned. 7. An Acl for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Aft pafl'ed in the twelfth Year of the Reign of his late 5 Majefty King G^orj-^ the Firft, intituled, An A^ for re-r pairing the Roads leading from the Wejlern Part of the Pa- riJJ] c/ Shenfield, to Harwich, in the County 5/"Eftex, and the Road leading from Cheinisford in the Jaid County, to Sudbury in the County of 'i>M'Soi and fro?n Margretting to Maiden in the County of Eftex, and from Colchefter to Langham in the fame Comity ; and for repairing other Loads adjoining to the fame Roads. 8. An Aft for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Afl pafled in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, for repairing, widen- ing and amending the Road leading fiom Warrington to Tf^gan in the County oi Lancafier ; and alfo for amend- ing and repairing the Road leading from a Place called Earl's Kill, in IFarrington aforefaid, to the Toll-bars in Wallgate, in IVigan aforefaid. g. An Aft for repairing the High Road leading from the North End of the Cow Caivfey, near the Town of Nevj- caflle upon Tyne, to the Town oi Belford, and from thence to Buekion Burn, in the County of Northumberland. 10. An Ail: for granting to his Majefty feveral Rates and Duties upon Coaches, and other Carriages therein men- tioned ; and for raifmg the Sum of one Million, by way of Lottery, to be charged upon the faid Rates and Du- ties, 11. An Aft for puniftiing Mutiny and Defertion ; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters. 12. An Ad' for repairing the High Road leading from the City of Durham, in the County of Durham, to Tyne Bridge in the faid County. 13.
