Delivery of the faid Blank Certificates and Counterparts, give a Receipt to the Officer of Excife, Receipt to be given for delivering the fame, acknowledging that he or fhe hath received fo many Blank Certificates and the the Certificates. VI. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if, from and after the faid fifth Penalty of obA-nifting , Day of July, any Perfon or Perfons whatfoever fhall affault, oppofe, moleft, or hinder any Officer^" ° fficer In hls Du ^ or Officers of Excife in the due Execution of any of the Powers or Authorities given and granted by this Act; all and every the Party or Parties fo offending fhall, for every fuch Offence refpectively, forfeit and lofe the Sum of fifty Pounds. VII.
