True democracy is that which allows each individual to enjoy his or her freedom without a hindrance. In a true democracy people do not hold the same views and opinions on any topic. Each person is free to think according to his or her inclination and to say it in speech or wriiing provided he does not violate the rights of others. There is always room to agree to differ in such a democracy.
