basic pay payable to this employee is limited to the rate for level IV of the Executive Schedule, which Is $134,000.
- Pursuant to section 7404(d){2) of title 38, United States Code, the rate of
basic pay payable to these eraployees is limited to the rate for level V of the Executive Schedule, which is $125,400.
