RITE OF LEADING THE CHILD INTO THE CHURCH WITH PRAYER

The priest puts the end of the stole upon the infant, and brings it into the Church, saying, Enter into the temple of God, that you may have part with Christ to life eternal. Amen.—Assem. t. ii. p. 5 and 8.
