"(2) HlGH-36 MONTHS DEFINED.— "(A) GENERAL RULE.—A member's

"(f) SPECIAL RULE FOR MEMBERS RETIRING WITH NON-REGULAR SERVICE.— "(1) DISABILITY RETIREMENT.—In the case of a member of a
