The applicable limitation on additional commitments to insure mortgages and loans to carry out the purposes of the National Housing Act during fiscal year 1986 is increased by an additional $57,580,000,000 of mortgage and loan principal. For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $30,000,000, of which $21,365,000 shall be derived by transfer from the various funds of the Federal Housing Administration and $8,635,000 shall be derived from the assets of the Revolving Fund established pursuant to section 312 of the Housing Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1452b).
