Public Law 99-890 99th Congress An Act To provide for the exchange of land for the Cape Henry Memorial site in Fort Story, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary National parks, of the Interior may transfer administrative jurisdiction over?^°us^^<fi^^' ^^^' approximately 0.23 acres of land within Colonial National Historical ° Park, Virginia, to the Secretary of the Army, and in exchange therefor, he may accept administrative jurisdiction over a like amount of land from the Secretary of the Army, transfer of which is hereby authorized, for the purpose of relocating the Cape Henry Memorial Cross. Land over which jurisdiction is transferred to the Secretary of the Interior shall become part of Colonial National Historical Park, and land over which jurisdiction is transferred to the Secretary of the Army shall become part of Fort Story Military Reservation. Approved August 23, 1986.
