HEALTH AGENCIES.—The amendments made by paragraph (1) shall apply to provider agreements as of October 1, 1987. (B) HMOs AND CMPS.—The amendment made by paragraph (2) shall apply to risk-sharing contracts with eligible organizations, under section 1876 of the Social Security Act, as of April 1, 1987.
