An Act Oct. 31, 1986 [H.R. 5679]
26 USC 3306.
To extend the exclusion from Federal unemployment tax of wages paid to certain alien farmworkers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3306(c)(1)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 is amended by striking out "before January 1, 1988," and inserting in lieu thereof "before January 1, 1993,". Approved October 31, 1986. , ^
