Public Law 100-196 100th Congress An Act To amend the Reclamation Authorization Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 1324, 1327).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 208 of the Reclamation Authorization Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 1324, 1327) is amended by deleting "$39,370,000 (January 1976 prices), plus or minus such amounts, if any," and inserting in lieu thereof "$88,000,000 (January 1987 prices): Provided, That of the $88,000,000 authorized herein, only $18,000,000 thereof may be adjusted by such amounts, plus or minus,". Approved December 18, 1987.
