To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 850 Newark Turnpike in Kearny, New Jersey, as the "Dominick V. Daniels Postal Facility". To designate the new Post Office Building in Gretna, Louisiana, as the "William W. Pares, Jr., Post Office Building". Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Water Rights Settlement Act of 1988. Extending permission for the President's Commission on White House Fellows to accept certain donations. Designating November 6-12, 1988, as "National Women Veterans Recognition Week". To provide for the establishment of the Coastal Heritage Trail Route in the State of New Jersey, and for other purposes. To authorize construction of the Mni Wiconi Rural Water Supply Project, and for other purposes. Health Maintenance Organization Amendments of 1988 United States Grain Standards Act Amendments of 1988... To authorize appropriations to the Secretary of Commerce for the programs of the National Bureau of Standards for fiscal year 1989, and for other purposes. To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to release a reversionary interest of the United States in certain land located in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi.
