Public Law 100-489 100th Congress An Act Oct. 14, 1988 [H.R. 4188]

To designate the United States courthouse located at 445 Broadway in Albany, New York, as the "James T. Foley United States Courthouse".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The United States courthouse located at 445 Broadway in Albany, New York, shall be known and designated as the "James T. Foley United States Courthouse". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "James T. Foley United States Courthouse". Approved October 14, 1988.
