To designate the building which will house the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in Lulkin, Texas, as the "Ward R. Burke United States Courthouse".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.

The building which will house the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas at Third Street and Lufkin Avenue in Lufkin, Texas, shall be known and designated as the "Ward R. Burke United States Courthouse". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Ward R. Burke United States Courthouse". Approved November 5, 1988.
