To amend the Hunger Prevention Act of 1988 to make a technical correction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTION.

In section 701(b)(4) strike out "and sections 310 through 352" and insert in lieu thereof "sections 310 through 343, and sections 345 through 352". Approved November 5, 1988.
