Grants, contracts.
(a) IN GENERAL.—The first sentence of section 469 (42 U.S.C. 286b) is amended to read as follows: "For the purpose of grants and contracts under sections 472 through 476, there are authorized to be appropriated $14,000,000 for fiscal year 1989 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1990.". (b) GRANT AMOUNT.—Section 474(b)(2) (42 U.S.C. 286b-5(b)(2)) is amended by striking out "$500,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$750,000".
