S E C 502. RESERVATION OF WATER RIGHTS.
Subject to valid existing rights, within the areas designated as ¥dldemess by this Act, Congress hereby expressly reserves such water rights as necessary, for the purposes for which such areas are so designated. The priority date of such rights shall be the date of enactment of this Act Approved November 16, 1988.
