[S. 968] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DELAY OF EFFECTIVE DATE. Section 6(b) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act Amendments of 1988 (Public Law 100-679; 102 Stat. 4068) is 41 USC 423 note, amended by striking out "180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act" and inserting in lieu thereof "July 16, 1989".
