RURAL DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE FUND For direct and guaranteed loans as authorized by 7 U.S.C. 1928 and 86 Stat. 661-664, to be available from funds in the Rural Development Insurance Fund, as follows: water and sewer facility loans, $430,190,000, of which $75,000,000 shall be for guaranteed loans; guaranteed industrial development loans, $95,700,000; and community facility loans, $119,700,000, of which $24,000,000 shall be for guaranteed loans. For an additional amount to reimburse the Rural Development Insurance Fund for interest subsidies and losses sustained in prior years, but not previously reimbursed, in carrying out the provisions of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1988(a)), $1,474,499,000. RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN FUND For direct loans to intermediary borrowers, $19,500,000, as au- thorized under the Rural Development Loan Fund (42 U.S.C. 9812(a)), to be available from funds in the Rural Development Loan Fund, $2,000,000 and from funds appropriated to this account, $17,500,000. RURAL WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL GRANTS For grants pursuant to sections 306(a)(2) and 306(a)(6) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1926), $209,395,000, to remain available until expended, pursuant to section 306(d) of the above Act. VERY LOW-INCOME HOUSING REPAIR GRANTS For grants to the very low-income elderly for essential repairs to dwellings pursuant to section 504 of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, $12,500,000, to remain available until expended. RURAL HOUSING FOR DOMESTIC FARM LABOR For financial assistance to eligible nonprofit organizations for housing for domestic farm labor, pursuant to section 516 of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1486), $11,000,000, to remain available until expended. MUTUAL AND SELF-HELP HOUSING For grants and contracts pursuant to section 523(b)(l)(A) of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1490c), $8,750,000. RURAL COMMUNITY FIRE PROTECTION GRANTS For grants pursuant to section 7 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-313), $3,091,000 to fund up to 50 per centum of the cost of organizing, training, and equipping rural volunteer fire departments.
