103 STAT. 1828 PUBLIC LAW 101-204—DEC. 7, 1989 SEC. 1004. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE MISSING CHILDREN'S ASSISTANCE ACT. The Missing Children's Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5771 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 401 (42 U.S.C. 5601 note)— (A) by inserting open quotation marks after "as the"; and (B) by inserting close quotation marks after "Act"; (2) in section 404 (42 U.S.C. 5773)— (A) in subsection (a)(5)(C), by striking the comma at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (B) in subsection (b)(2)(A), by inserting "to" after "(A)"; and (3) in section 405(a)(9), (42 U.S.C. 5775(a)(9)), by striking "clearinghouse" and inserting "clearinghouses".
