PUBLIC LAW 101-278—MAY 1, 1990 104 STAT. 147 Public Law 101-278 101st Congress An Act To redesignate the Post Office located at 300 East Ninth Street in Austin, Texas, as May 1, 1990 the "Homer Thornberry Judicial Building". [H.R. 2334] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION OF POST OFFICE. The Post Office located at 300 East Ninth Street, in Austin, Texas, is redesignated as the "Homer Thornberry Judicial Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, rule, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the Post Office referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Homer Thornberry Judicial Building".
