PUBLIC LAW 101-326—JULY 6, 1990 104 STAT. 305 SEC. 2. The President of the United States is hereby authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating July 22, 1990, as " Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Family Appreciation Day", and calling upon the people of the United States to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
