An Act To provide for the acquisition of the William Johnson House and its addition to the Natchez National Historical Park, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ACQUISITION OF WILLIAM JOHNSON HOUSE. (a) INCLUSION WITHIN NATCHEZ NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK.— Section 2(b) of the Act entitled "An Act to create a national park at Natchez, Mississippi" (16 U.S.C. 410oo-l(b)) is amended by inserting after paragraph (2) the following new paragraph: "(3) The lands and structures known as the William Johnson House, together with all personal property located on such lands, and the building adjacent thereto which bears a common wall.". (b) ACQUISITION AUTHORITY.— Section 3 of such Act (16 U.S.C. 410oo-2) is amended— (1) by striking "paragraph (1) or (2)" and inserting "paragraph (1), (2), or (3)"; and (2) by adding at the end the following: "The Secretary may not acquire the property referred to in paragraph (3) of section 2(b) except by donation.".
