(2) MISCELLANEOUS. — (A) Effective as if included in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989, section 6102(e)(4) of such Act is 42 USC 1395u. amended by inserting "determined" after "prevailing (B) Effective January 1, 1991, section 1842(b)(3)(G) of the Social Security Act, as amended by section 6102(e)(2) of 42 USC 1395u. Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989, is amended by striking "subsection (j)(l)(C)" and inserting "section 1848(g)(2)". (C) Section 1842(b)(12)(A)(ii)(II) of the Social Security Act, as amended by section 6102(e)(4) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989, is amended by striking ", as the case may be".
