PUBLIC LAW 101-546—NOV. 14, 1990 104 STAT. 2395 Public Law 101-546 101st Congress An Act To designate the Post Office building at 222 West Center Street, in Orem, Utah, as Nov. 14, 1990 the "Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building". [H.R. 5409] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Post Office located at 222 West Center Street, in Orem, Utah, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building". Any reference in a law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building.
