(1) 1 additional district judge for the western district of Arkansas; (2) 2 additional district judges for the northern district of California; (3) 5 additional district judges for the central district of California; (4) 1 additional district judge for the southern district of California; (5) 2 additional district judges for the district of Connecticut; (6) 2 additional district judges for the middle district of Florida; (7) 1 additional district judge for the northern district of Florida; (8) 1 additional district judge for the southern district of Florida; (9) 1 additional district judge for the middle district of Georgia; (10) 1 additional district judge for the northern district of Illinois; (11) 1 additional district judge for the southern district of Iowa; (12) 1 additional district judge for the western district of Louisiana; (13) 1 additional district judge for the district of Maine;
