CHAPTER IV LEGISLATIVE BRANCH JOINT ITEMS CAPITOL POUCE BOARD CAPITOL POUCE SALARIES For an additional amount for "Capitol Police Board, Salaries", to provide for additional costs associated with Operation Desert Shield/Operation Desert Storm, $6,239,000, of which $3,143,000 is appropriated to the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives, to be disbursed by the Clerk of the House, and $3,096,000 is appropriated to the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, to be disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate. GENERAL EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Capitol Police Board, General expenses", to provide for additional costs associated with Operation Desert Shield/Operation Desert Storm, $1,081,000, to be disbursed by the Clerk of the House. LIBRARY OF CONGRESS SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $74,000. CHAPTER V PANAMA CANAL COMMISSION PANAMA CANAL REVOLVING FUND The fiscal year 1991 obligation limitation on nonadministrative and capital programs, as set forth in Public Law 101-516, is increased by $60,000,000 to meet the unexpectedly high traffic from disruptions in world markets caused by the Middle East crisis.
