PUBLIC LAW 102-176—DEC. 2, 1991 105 STAT. 1225 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the week beginning November 24, 1991, and the week beginning November 22, 1992, are each designated "National Family Caregivers Week", and the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such weeks with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
